I’m the founder of the Virtual Student Veterans Leadership Exchange (VSVLE), a community built by and for Student Veterans of America leaders who operate online or in hybrid settings. After launching and advising my own chapter, I saw the same hurdles repeating across campuses, onboarding, programming, engagement, handoffs, and tooling. VSVLE exists to remove those frictions.
I organize a practical exchange: leaders share what works, borrow what they need, and ship faster. We maintain living toolkits, agendas, SOPs, onboarding flows, event formats, communications templates, and host spaces for troubleshooting, idea swaps, and collaboration. My background in internal controls and process design keeps our resources clear, reusable, and standards-friendly, while my SVA experience (from chapter founding to national leadership development) keeps us grounded in the realities of student life.
The goal is simple: stronger leaders, stronger chapters, better member experiences, one shoulder at a time. If you’re building or rebuilding a chapter, VSVLE gives you a ready bench of peers and pragmatic tools to get momentum quickly. Crescat scientia, vita excolatur.
